As a newly created gig, there's SO much potential to really shape the future of their digital world (and ultimately your role in it!). But here's some dot points of where they want to see real impact to kick things off:

- Create and implement their whole digital strategy with a focus on SEO, Google Ads and more;
- Report on the performance of paid media campaigns, providing insights to leadership;
- Collab with the brilliant team around you to execute well thought out campaigns aligning to their ambitious business goals;
- Keep in the "know" with all the "COOL" digital marketing trends, have a crack at what works for them and make it part of your progressive strategy.

The right kinda person for this gig will look something like this:

- 3+ years' experience with SEO (agency or inhouse);
- Experience strategising, and leveraging paid media tools like; Google Ads (obvs) or any of your personal faves that get the job done;
- Plenty of exposure hanging out in Google Analytics, of course;
- A solid understanding of the importance of data and reporting on the performance of all of your digital marketing campaigns;
- A confident, high energy, self-motivated soul, who is not afraid to share their ideas and have a crack at new things;
- A genuinely good human being who treasures building deep relationships and collaborating with those around them!

You'll spend your days in their Brisbane City office with stunning views of the river, with lots of flexibility down the track once you've got in and made all the connections. If continued learning is you jam, they'll fund the right stuff as they truly value the development of their people and ensure they recognise success!
