Senior SEO Specialist

Tactiq is a rapidly growing Sydney-based Series A SaaS startup that uses generative AI to extract knowledge from conversations. 400,000 + users and teams use Tactiq to process over 2 million monthly meetings.

We are looking for an Senior SEO Specialist for tactiq.io to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization, keyword research, content creation and SEO reporting. You’ll be a part of the growth and marketing team, building and expanding the organic growth engine to accelerate the user and revenue growth.

Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s brand awareness and profitability.

Responsibilities

- Working with the Head of Organic Growth to execute SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research to guide the content team
- Review and investigate technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, and landing pages copy
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Optimize and automate workflow to improve team efficiency.

Requirements and skills

- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEO Lead or similar roles
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of automation and AI tools
- Experience with programmatic SEO is big plus
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Google Search Console)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field
