Due to growth, we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Search Engine Optimisation Specialist. We are looking for someone who loves doing different things. We want someone who is keen to learn and venture down different paths. This role will not be only management of accounts but will include plenty of learnings & access to grow quickly with general business knowledge.

This is a permanent full-time role.

We provide hybrid working options & ongoing skill improvements across our company with a range of various tasks.

What you will do:

- Create effective SEO strategy, focusing primarily on a technical front.
- Can understand technical SEO in-depth, strong background in the space with plenty of experience to grow and improve clients performance!
- You will be managing 1-2 people to execute your SEO strategy
- Effectively communicate the proposed strategies and their potential impact to clients. Ensure client understanding and address any concerns or feedback.
- SEO changes: Can do on-page SEO changes, such as meta tags, content changes, URL restructuring & redirections.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, providing detailed analysis and actionable insights. Translate data into client-friendly reports and presentations.

Extra skills we would love to hear if you have!

- Google Ads experience
- Website development experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent. If you have built your own websites, have existing SEO this is also fine (please share info).
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an SEO specialist
- A self-starter keen to research, eager to test new tools, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to maintain a high-quality output of work.
- Ability to research and write across a broad range of industries and topics, and also able to be across very similar topics.
- Face-to-face client or customer service experience.
- Fantastic time management skills.
- Preferred to have an active drivers license.
