What's the Role?

- Be the point of contact for your portfolio of clients as you build and maintain positive relationships with them.
- Create and complete strategic plans to unearth new opportunities for your clients.
- Prepare monthly reports and recommendations to further improve the experiences of your clients.
- Investigate analytics to unearth areas of opportunity and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tactics to gain as much ROI (Return on Investment) as possible from the available ad spend.
- Instruct our clients about all things SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Think and act quickly.
- Offer an above-and-beyond customer experience for all of your clients.
- Listen, empathize, and provide feedback on their approach to growth.
