The role:

Reporting into the Senior Performance Manager, in this newly created role the Paid Search Specialist will play a key role in the management and strategy of the paid search, shopping and video channels for the brands within the business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paid search advertising across the most common platforms, ideally with experience working on a high-volume eCommerce account. Competency and capability in planning and monitoring marketing campaigns, as well as the ability to product relevant advertising copy is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic development and delivery of growth plans with key advertising partners and external agencies
- Execution of digital growth strategies, ensuring activities and initiatives are effectively implemented
- Hands-on execution of always-on search, shopping and video channels
- Optimisation of Product feed specific to each platform
- Ongoing segment creation and maintenance of audiences
- Preparation of reports for digital performance ensuring KPIs are met; use insights to improve performance and execute future strategies
- Review digital performance and develop and execute strategies to improve the performance of organic and paid channels
- Keep up-to-date on new tools and innovations within the digital space and identify how these may be used to improve the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, either with an agency on in a high-volume brand, preferably in the retail sector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field
- Hands-on experience of channels such as display, native, programmatic and affiliates is preferable
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager knowledge is preferable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, time management skills and communication skills
