nimbl, a digital marketing agency based in Richmond, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced SEO Team Leader. You will be working alongside our SEO Director and overseeing a small team, focusing on improving and developing SEO strategies that deliver stellar results for our clients.

Founded in 2014, we specialise in developing and executing online marketing solutions that deliver results. We help our clients grow through profitable Performance Media campaigns (including Google Ads and Social Media Marketing), effective Search Engine Optimisation strategies, and proven Lead-Generation solutions.

What are the key responsibilities of the role?
- Develop and continuously update our SEO strategies to ensure they remain innovative and at the forefront of industry standards
- Oversee all aspects of SEO service delivery, including workflow and process optimisation, to ensure the highest level of execution
- Manage key SEO accounts, providing detailed monthly reports and participating in strategic planning meetings
- Lead and coordinate a dedicated team of SEO specialists, driving WIP meetings, organising their weekly schedules and prioritising tasks
- Mentor and train the SEO team, taking responsibility for their professional development and growth within the company
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in SEO, industry updates, and advancements in AI, and effectively communicate these insights to the team
- Support the Growth Director with client proposals and participate in presentations to secure new clients
- Report directly to the SEO Director, providing regular updates and aligning team goals with broader company objectives
Skills and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency environment, with an emphasis on SEO
- Highly competent and thorough understanding of key SEO techniques such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, content strategy
- Strong technical SEO experience, with the ability to solve technical problems and collaborate with external developers to achieve solutions
- Ability to understand business challenges, and deliver real business outcomes with SEO
- Advanced knowledge of essential SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Understanding of Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Stellar communication abilities, both written and verbal
- An eagle-eye for detail.
- A fervent passion for digital marketing, with a keen interest in staying updated with the evolving SEO landscape
