SIXGUN is looking for a digital marketing Account Manager to join our growing team.

If you have direct agency experience (1 year minimum) managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and have strong knowledge around Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels read on!

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has a work ethic they pride themselves on, a very high level of attention to detail, and who is excited about working in a fast-paced small agency environment. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who loves people, loves communication, and loves growing relationships.

We require that you have proven account management experience (1 year minimum) with a clear understanding of digital marketing strategies, and different types of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You are a master of productivity, someone who is exceptionally well organised, a powerful communicator, and a team player.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing all client communication for your portfolio of clients. This will include a combination of face-to-face, Google Meet, phone, email, Slack and communication through shared documents like Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Fostering client relationships, strategically growing accounts with win-win service offerings, and retaining client accounts by delivering exceptional service and results (supported by the technical team).
- Monitoring client performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Agency Analytics while formulating strategies to meet client goals.
- Communicating effectively with the account management, sales, and technical teams to deliver powerful client results. This includes effectively working with external providers such as designers and content writers.
- Managing timelines and expectations for client deliverables and projects. Ensuring quality and effective execution is at the forefront of everything you do.
- The creation, delivery, and presentation of monthly and quarterly client reports. This includes the creation of email summaries and answering detailed client questions.
- Sales initiatives, including handling referrals from your client base. Training will be provided as required.
