What’s the Role?

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will:

- Interview Clients: Understand their goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored support.
- Conduct an SEO Audit: Assess clients' current SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct Keyword Research: Discover the best keywords to drive traffic and meet business objectives.
- Create and Build a Content Calendar: Plan and organise content that aligns with the client's strategy.
- Create and Build the Client's Site Architecture: Structure their website for optimal SEO performance and user experience.
- Suggest Changes to Boost Leads: Recommend changes to the website to convert traffic into leads, enhancing overall business performance.
- Get Client Feedback: Engage with clients regularly to refine strategies and ensure their satisfaction.
- Follow Up and Execute Campaigns: Implement the agreed-upon strategies and track progress.
- Report Results Back to the Client: Provide clear, actionable insights on campaign performance.

Additionally, you will:

- Help Improve Their Website via Conversion Rate Optimisation: - Enhance their site to turn visitors into customers.
- Help Clients Track and Follow Up on Their Business Growth: - Support clients in monitoring progress and achieving their business goals.
- Assist Clients in Tackling Problems and Roadblocks: Offer guidance and solutions to overcome challenges along the way.
