The role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced search specialist to join our team, who is proficient with both Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Paid Search Advertising (PPC). You will have access to leading tools and a wider team which specialises in website development, content marketing, social, and email marketing.

Your responsibilities

- Setting up and managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads.
- Analysing and optimising paid search campaigns.
- Testing different bid strategies, keywords, audiences, and ad copy to achieve the best results for our clients.
- Conducting site audits and developing / implementing strategies to improve rankings and domain authority.
- Keeping up to date with the latest SEO practices and algorithm updates.
- Collating, analysing, and producing insightful reports for all search marketing activities.

Your skills

- 2+ years’ experience managing paid search campaigns, with advanced knowledge of Google Ads.
- 2+ years' experience developing and implementing SEO strategies, with advanced knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Trends, etc.
- Strong understanding and skill in content strategy, content production, keyword strategy, domain authority and link building.
- Analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Confident and clear communication skills.
- Passion for all things web and digital.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Accountability and responsibility.

Your qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, computer science, media, communications, or a related field.
- Platform certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Semrush etc.) are a bonus.
