- THE JD -

This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO Specialist or Senior SEO Specialist located in Perth. The person will be responsible for conducting all day-to-day activities for a portfolio of clients, to improve their rankings online. The role includes collaborating not only within the SEO team (a team of 5) but cross-functional teams to not only improve clients' brand visibility, but to get them website leads.

- Execute keyword research, on-page SEO, and SEO audits
- Coordinate link-building campaigns
- Implement technical changes
- Identify SEO opportunities to grow traffic that is in line with client business outcomes
- Create effective copywriting strategies
- Understand web analytics, algorithm changes, and the nuances of the SEO ecosystem
- Operate SEO tools and platforms
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights including CRO recommendations
- Articulate SEO ideas, strategies, and tactics to audiences with varying SEO knowledge

Additional nice-haves would include basic development skills or knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Any certifications on Google Analytics are also beneficial but not mandatory.

Soft skills are extremely important for this role, that is high attention to detail, strong organisation and good task prioritisation. Must be an excellent communicator both internally to our team and for our clients when required.

To be a good team fit you must love SEO. Our team here can't help but follow the trends, share SEO memes, upskill themselves and learn new tricks from each other, and we are looking for someone with that same level of SEO-passion!

This role is ideal for someone with 3 - 10 years of SEO experience, who is a confident decision-maker, with past performance in identifying opportunities for clients and taking the lead on successful SEO campaigns.
