What you do:

We're seeking an SEO Specialist to drive our organic growth strategy through meticulous on-site and off-site optimizations. Your role will focus on implementing and refining our SEO strategy to boost visibility and traffic, leveraging insights into search engine algorithms and user behaviour. By conducting thorough analysis and continuously optimizing our digital presence, you'll be pivotal in achieving our goals of improving organic rankings, generating more qualified leads, and enhancing overall performance.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our partner agency, internal SEO Manager, Content Manager and Product & Technology teams. Success in this role hinges on your ability to grasp the intricacies of our search landscape, absorb insights from the SEO Manager, and effectively manage workflows to drive tangible outcomes. You will be instrumental in executing our SEO initiatives and contributing to the strategic growth of our organization's digital footprint.

What you need:

- 2+ years’ experience in SEO
- Experience in an SEO Executive level agency role working on tier 1 clients
- The ability to execute the SEO strategy being on the tools providing analysis and following through to implementation with the Product & Technology team
- Conduct regular technical, content and ranking reporting and providing actionable insights
- Strong understanding of YMYL, E-A-T and Helpful Content principles to understand keyword intent
- Technical skills such as HTML and WordPress with a strong understanding of URL hierarchies, redirects, hygiene factors, schema and page speed.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and inform content creation
- Understanding of off-site link building tactics and hygiene factors
- Strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Keep up to date with algorithm updates, SEO industry news and trends
