We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our award-winning team to create and manage high performance SEO campaigns for a range of key clients. Working closely with the Head of SEO, you will leverage your leadership capabilities whilst providing support for junior team members. Your high attention to detail and organisation skills will be crucial as you engage directly with key clients and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

On any given day…

You Will Partner With The Head Of SEO To Ensure Client KPIs Are Met And Manage High-performance SEO Campaigns. You Will Also

- On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO optimisation for client sites
- Set and track goals for clients
- Identify and address critical website issues
- Deliver projects on time with superior time management
- Communicate weekly and monthly with account managers about the latest trends
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Adopt a proactive, flexible attitude to get the job done
- Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends
- Assist the Head of SEO with R&D for advanced SEO experiments

About You

- Minimum 2 years of SEO experience with a proven track record in successful digital marketing strategies
- Experience managing at least 10 clients within an agency
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
- Results and performance-focused
- In-depth understanding of both technical and non-technical SEO
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with platforms like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, GA, and GDS
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and delivers exceptional results
- Ability to drive buy-in for recommendations by sharing SEO best practices
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Brings an analytical, can-do approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in G-Suite programs
- A growth mindset, with the willingness to learn and try new things
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Agency experience
