We are seeking a talented, driven and passionate Digital Marketing Executive, with a specialization in website development, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Geely Australia, you will play a crucial role in executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies, and optimising campaigns to drive web traffic, increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion to sale.

Responsibilities:

- Website Management and Optimisation: Use WordPress CMS to collaborate with Head Office team in order to develop, update and maintain website content. Ensure the website remains up-to-date, user friendly and aligned with brand guidelines. Work with digital agency to set SEO strategy and implement best practices, improve site performance, and enhance the user experience.
- Search Engine Optimisation: Set and implement SEO strategies, manage keyword research, and analyse performance data to optimise search engine optimisation efforts.
- Search Engine Marketing: Assist with development of SEM/PPC campaigns via GoogleAds.
- Web Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data using Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports to measure the success of SEO and SEM efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support the Marketing strategy by managing paid digital marketing investment to ensure it results in the right contribution to new client attraction targets.
- Paid Channels: Own and manage the performance and delivery of paid digital ad channels (social, search, video, display, programmatic, etc.) in collaboration with agency partners.
- Campaign Management: Deliver effective digital marketing campaigns that increase the brand's online visibility, provide accessible interaction opportunities, and create conversion opportunities for customers at various stages of their car buying journey.
- Digital Tools and e-Commerce: Experience in either localizing customer shopping tools from HQ or building them via plug-ins to the CMS for the local market. Examples include stock search, car builder, online deposit, lead forms, chat bots etc
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth..
Help to grow brand awareness, web traffic, website actions and conversion to leads.
Report to Geely Headquarters periodically on website analytics as well as local digital campaigns and channel success and insights through assessment of campaign analytics.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C setting.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with SEO, SEM and Keyword Research.
- Strong knowledge of website tools, including, but not limited to consumer buying tools.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, web analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
- Technical skills such as front end coding / HTML and experience with WordPress CMS along with a strong understanding of URL hierarchies, redirects and page speed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple and varied projects simultaneously.
- Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
