We are looking for an ROI-driven Sales Professional to join the Business Development team at Clickmatix – where everything you do will impact the business's growth and success. In this role, you will contribute by selling Digital Marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Web Design.

PRINCIPAL OBLIGATIONS

- New Client Acquisition
- Nurture & sell solutions to inbound leads and generate a strong sales pipeline out of the leads allotted.
- Understand clients' business requirements and develop tailored digital marketing strategies
- Foster and maintain long-term strategic partnerships and build, manage, and maintain key business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs comprising of the team and individual goals.
- Efficient and accurate use of CRM for client follow-up and pipeline management, and maintained CRM accuracy of 99.9%.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT

- Excellent sales record and a minimum of 4+ years of experience in selling Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, website design & and email marketing.
- Ideally worked at a digital agency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as provide support within a team environment.
- Excellent oral, and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative - we don't hire backgrounds; we hire top producers.
