We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior SEO Director with our awesome team in Sydney. We are looking for an expert in all owned media disciplines from SEO and content marketing to UX and amplification – with ability to use a creative mix of owned channels to ensure that client KPIs are hit and measurable business outcomes are achieved.

The role:

As the Senior SEO Director you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction of SEO & Content campaigns by developing programs which bring the consumer to the heart of your campaigns.

Core responsibilities:

- Establish excellent relationships with senior clients and leaders in the business whereby they seek and trust your expertise and opinions as a valued partner
- Be an expert in all aspects of owned media from SEO to Content strategy and Amplification to UX and be able to create integrated strategies which encompass all elements
- Identify resource requirements for each client and recommend necessary compensation structures to deliver revenue and profit targets
- To play an active role in supporting local market new business pitching where required
- Actively seek to identify out of scope projects across your client portfolio to drive incremental revenue for the business, with the support and guidance of Client Partner/Head of SEO

A bit about you:

- An expert understanding of SEO and experience owned media channels, and the broader digital ecosystem
- Experience building strategic SEO or content campaign frameworks that tactically incorporate both owned and paid activity to achieve maximum reach, engagement and interaction
- Expert knowledge of tools and analytics platforms – i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush
- Contributes to thought leadership, research and POVs, and create case studies and awards of our awesome work
- Motivated to create and execute development plans for your team to build a clear business succession plan
- Proven ability to identify resource requirements for your clients and recommend necessary compensation structures to deliver revenue and profit targets
