About the role
We are on the lookout for an SEO Manager. As the organisation continue to expand their client portfolio and enhance their services, they are seeking a passionate and skilled SEO Manager to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Innovate: Drive the SEO team to craft and execute cutting-edge strategies that meet client goals and propel business growth.
- Guide & Optimise: Mentor the team in keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimisation to ensure top-notch performance.
- Own the Process: Oversee all facets of SEO, from on-page optimisation to link building and content strategy, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate & Enhance: Work closely with content creators, web developers, and client services to integrate SEO best practices across all projects.
- Analyse & Report: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor performance, providing actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry shifts, proactively informing clients and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Mentor & Develop: Lead and inspire a team of SEO professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Report & Adjust: Deliver detailed, data-driven SEO performance reports to stakeholders, refining strategies to ensure optimal outcome

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role with results in ranking websites and driving traffic growth
- Expert knowledge of SEO practices and techniques
- Strong familiarity with SEO and Analytics tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate SEO strategies
- Good attitude and want to be part of business who take pride in everything they do

This is a hybrid role 2 days in the office in Chadstone and 3 from home. Open to someone located in Perth, Brisbane or Sydney.
