Australian Internet Advertising (No prizes for guessing what we do!) is a leading digital marketing agency based in St Leonards in Sydney, that helps Australian businesses through cutting-edge Google, Social, and SEO campaigns.

We pride ourselves on delivering a combination of high-quality creatives as well as advanced performance management, media buying, and SEO services.

In order to put our exciting expansion plan for 2024-25 into action, we are currently offering (black-belt digital marketing ninjas only!) an opportunity to join our team.

More specifically we are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic midweight or senior Account Manager to join our SEO team and take charge of organic search campaigns.

About The Role

You will be a part of a small and dedicated team, with your primary responsibility to build rapport with our clients and oversee the process of creating, executing and delivering long term SEO strategies.

Your role will involve being a central point of contact for a number of stakeholders so that together you can build and deliver seamless, integrated SEO campaigns. We are looking for someone who is passionate about organic search and its endless possibilities to help businesses of all sizes.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

- A minimum of 4 years experience working in an agency environment
- 2 years experience in a client-facing role
- A deep understanding of SEO best practices & strategies
- Confidence in leading strategic discussions on topics such as Technical SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Content Marketing, Offsite SEO
- Expert in Google Search Console
- Experience using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs etc
- Understanding of the workings of HTML & CSS
- Up to date with Google Algorithm updates
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to manage expectations & timelines of both internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to prepare & deliver strategy & reporting documents
- A passion for data analytics
- Dedication to customer-centricity
- Love of teamwork and ability to also be an individual contributor
- Drive, determination & a hunger to learn & grow
