We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Manager to join our growing team! In this role you'll be responsible for defining our enterprise SEO strategy across our racing and sports brands, managing a small team of copywriters and SEO’s

Objectives Of The Role

- Developing and executing comprehensive search engine optimisation strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring and analysing website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and recommendations for the optimisation strategy.
- Collaborate with content creators and digital marketing teams to develop and optimise high-quality, keyword-rich content for improved organic visibility.
- Executing link-building activities to ensure quality links from reputable sources. Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as content, design and product, to ensure optimal content performance.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to integrate SEO with other digital marketing initiatives for cohesive campaigns.

Who are you?

- Strong hands on experience working in SEO, ideally within an agency environment
- A minimum of 1+ years experience managing a team within digital marketing
- Excellent technical, on-page and off-page SEO skills
- Excellent knowledge of HTML and JavaScript/ how Google processes it. - - Experience with all the usual tools: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Google Analytics, Excel, ChatGPT.
- A data driven approach and a technical mind set with strong problem solving skills.
- The ability to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure SEO considerations are met.
- Excellent project management skills with an understanding of Agile principles Good commercial acumen with a data/customer first attitude.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills.
