Job Description

As an SEO and Google Ads Specialist, your primary focus will be developing and implementing effective SEO and PPC strategies to drive traffic, improve visibility, and increase conversions. You will also service our existing client base and create engaging content, working closely with stakeholders to optimise our digital presence and ensure our campaigns align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google - Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
- Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation to improve campaign performance.
- Create engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and PPC trends and best practices.
- Generate regular reports on SEO and PPC performance, including insights and recommendations.
- Utilise reporting software such as Databox and AgencyAnalytics for tracking and presenting performance metrics. Experience with these platforms is preferred.

Preferred Experiences

- 2+ years of experience as an SEO and Google Ads Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Proficiency with reporting software like Databox and AgencyAnalytics is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for all things I.T.
